Late mbira star Chiwoniso Maraire will be buried at her rural home in Chakohwa Village, Mutambara, Manicaland.
Mourners will leave the family home at 19 Campbelltown Road in Bluffhill on Sunday with the body.
There is talk of a service in Harare for those who might not be able to travel to Mutambara but there is no information readily available on that at the moment.
Her family in the United States including one of her daughters are expected to arrive on Sunday.
Chiwoniso succumbed to lung infection on Wednesday at the age of 37.
She is survived by two children, Chengeto and Chiedza.
