Rappers Synik, Junior Brown Join New Sofala Entertainment

Zimbabwean hip hop stars Synik and Junior Brown have apparently joined New Sofala Entertainment’s growing stable of artists under management.

The two who are enjoying a successful period join fellow rapper Tehn Diamond who also falls under Tsungi Zvobgo’s NSE.

Synik’s star is rising fast on Africa’s hip hop landscape after the release of widely-acclaimed Syn City earlier this year. Songs from the album are already receiving heavy rotation on Zimbabwean radio stations.

Junior Brown is often described by some as your favourite rapper’s favourite rapper. Known for his skillful use of street Shona language in his flow, he is enjoying a successful period with two tracks he is on set to become big summer hits. First it is the monster track Happy, a Tehn Diamond track he features on. His track Madrinks is already something of twitter anthem. The two party tracks are produced by Take 5.
