The sensational Dr Munyaradzi Kereke is in the news again and this time it is over the disappearance of his wife and four year-old daughter.
Kereke says that the two went missing on 13 September and he says ‘foul play looms large’.
On top of that, in a letter to Speaker of Parliament Lovemore Moyo, Kereke also said that shots have been fired at an employee of his who had his car stolen. He says this happened on 9 September 2012.
He is seeking immunity from parliament to stop him from having to testify in a $25 million lawsuit against him by Reserve Bank Governor Dr Gideon Gono. Kereke accuses Gono of fraud and espionage.
On the matter of his missing family, Kereke says he is working with the police on the matter. The police through new Harare provincial police spokesman Tadius Chibanda denied working on the case.
Kereke is a bit theatrical isn’t he?
