New Zimbabwe and Sweets Lyrics Websites Using the Same Favicon

We general have an eye for this. Remember when we called out Econet Mail for using the same colours as ZOL?

Well it seems as if someone is up to no good. Because prominent Zimbabwe news site newzimbabwe.com is using the same favicon as sweetslyrics.com. For those who don’t know what a favicon is, it is a website icon that often appear in the address bar of a browser. (See image below)

We tried it on different browsers and machines so it can’t be a browser cache issue.

Now we are not saying that the one copied the other but what are the chances of them being the same shape and colour? And it is not it is like a common design like a square or something.

Just saying.
