Zimbabwe crashed to an eight-year low in the latest Fifa rankings.
On the back of a surprise loss to Lesotho and South Africa, the Warriors are now ranked 129th in the world.
That puts them 38th in Africa, meaning they are the lowest-ranked team in the their Cosafa Cup group.
Zambia are 18th in Africa, the Kenya 24th and the Comoros 31st.
Only Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini are ranked lower than Zimbabwe in the whole tournament.
Morocco are the top club in Africa, while Argentina are the top dogs in the world.
