Pasuwa to lead Malawi at Cosafa Cup

Former Zimbabwe head coach Calisto Pasuwa will sit in the dug-out for Malawi when the Cosafa Men’s Senior Challenge Cup unleashes itself onto Durban next month.

Pasuwa, who is head coach at that country’s four-times-in-a-row winning championship side Nyasa Big Bullets has been announced as the head coach of the Under-23 side.

Funnily enough, Bullets say they were not made aware of the appointment before it was made.

Pasuwa’s most recent excursion with the Cosafa tournament is the 2016 edition. He was jettisoned as Zimbabwe gaffer after that.
