Zimbabwe gets 5th athlete qualified for the Paris 2024

Makanakaishe Charamba is the fifth member of Team Zimbabwe for this year’s Olympics in Paris.

Charamba ran 20.00 seconds in the 200m at the Auburn Track & Field during the SEC Outdoor Championships in Florida on Saturday.

The qualifying time was 20.16 seconds.

He joins Marathon runners Isaac Mpofu and Rutendo Nyahora, Rower Steve Cox, and fellow 200m sprint runner Tapiwa Makarawu.
