Zimbabwe have found out who they will be grouped with for the Fifa World Cup 2026 Qualifiers after a draw held in Cote d’Ivoire on Thursday.
The Warriors were able to sneak into the draw after a prolonged
Zimbabwe in Group C with Rwanda, Lesotho, Benin, South Africa and Nigeria.
Zimbabwe go into the tournament as an unknown force because of their inactivity.
Winners of each Group will automatically qualify for the FIFA World Cup™ 2026. The four best runners-up (from the Groups) will play in a CAF Play-Off tournament. The winner of the CAF Play-Off Tournament will play in the FIFA Play-off Tournament.
