Zimbabwe cricket fans were positive as they saw their Select side win their one-day series against the Pakistan Shaheens at Harare Sports Club recently.
The series was a preparation for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023 set for Harare and Bulawayo from mid-June.
Fans were buoyant and feel their side has a good chance of making it to the main event in India. They also talk about who impressed in the series as well was what the Chevrons need to work on going into the Qualifier.

The Qualifier will be held from 18 June to 9 July in Harare and Bulawayo with 10 teams fighting it out for 2 spots in the Cricket World Cup proper in India later this year.
The groups are
Group A: Zimbabwe, West Indies, USA, Nepal, Netherlands
Group B: Ireland, Sri Lanka, Oman, UAE, Scotland
