WATCH: Harare Sports Club floodlights up by mid-May – Zimbabwe Cricket MD Givemore Makoni

Day-night cricket is making its way to Zimbabwe.

This is after Zimbabwe Cricket Managing Director Givemore Makoni confirmed that the floodlights at Harare Sports Club are now close to being installed.

Makoni was speaking on the side of the launch of the Zim Afro T10 tournament on Friday.

He said the lights were expected to land in Zimbabwe in two weeks, and be installed by middle of May.

Makoni also speaks about the first match which will be played under lights, as part of the lead-up to the tournament.

And there is also intention to have them installed in Bulawayo too.
