Raza snapped up for Pakistan Super League

Zimbabwe cricket star Sikandar Raza has been handed another Pakistan Super League (PSL) after he was snapped up in the latest draft for the coming season.

Raza makes a return to the league and will turn out for the Lahore Qalanders early next year.

He has been globetrotting. He is currently in the Lanka Premier League, after having competed in the Abu Dhabi T10.

The all-rounder was also drafted for the International League T20, whose inaugural season kicks off in January 2023.

Raza is also in line for a possible draft in the prestigious Indian Premier League, when it takes place 23 December 2022.

What remains to be seen is how his league schedule will work with what is to be a busy year for the national team.

Zimbabwe kick of their international season in mid-January when they host Ireland. Also coming are the Netherlands, the West Indies and more, not to mention the recently announced T10 Franchise tournament.

And of course, the big one, when Zimbabwe host the ICC ODI World Cup Qualifier in July.
