Zim PSL 2021-22 Match Day 16 roundup: FC Platinum, Chiefs win

Defending champions FC Platinum registered an emphatic 4-0 victory over Triangle United in a Zimbabwe Castle Lager Premier Soccer League matchday 16 tie on Saturday.

Walter Musona opened the scoring in the first minute before Thando Ngwenya continued his fine form this season, netting twice before the break. Musona rounded of the scoring late to complete his brace.

Chicken Inn and Yadah drew 1-1, to remain top of the log.

On Sunday, Dynamos could not take advantage of that slip up as tthey were held 0-0 by Herentals.

Bulawayo Chiefs registered their first win over Caps United, beating them 2-0. Farawu Matare in the first minute and Wilson Mensah later scored for Chiefs, who are now undefeated in seven matches.
