Musonda’s Tornadoes crowned Fairbreak Invitational T20 champions

Zimbabwe national women’s cricket team captain Mary-Anne Musonda is a champion, after her side Tornadoes won the inaugural Fairbreak Invitational T20 final, beating Falcons by eight wickets, in Dubai.

Musonda was not involved in the final. She played three matches and top-scored with an unbeaten 21.

Marizanne Kapp top-scored with an unbeaten 61 off 37 balls for Falcons as they amassed 151 for the loss of four wickets.

In response, Tornadoes got to 152 for two with five balls to spare.

Kapp was named player of the match for her effort
