Kadewere named in Lyon Europa League squad for Porto tie

Zimbabwe international Tino Kadewere has been picked as part of Peter Bosz’s side in the their Round of 16 Europa League match at home to Porto.

Kadewere’s team is 1-0 from the first leg and look favourites to make the quarter final stage.

He has made four of his 15 appearances for Lyon this season. He has one goal which came in Ligue 1.

Kadewere has struggled for a place in the side, mostly because of injury early on but also because Bosz doesn’t seem to fancy him, unlike the previous gaffer.

The match will be available to Zimbabwean viewers on DStv’s SuperSport La Liga channel from 21.55 on Thursday.
