Marshall Munetsi scores brace as Reims run riot

Zimbabwe midfielder scored his first brace as his Stade Reims side ran out 5-0 winners over Bordeaux in a Ligue 1 match on Sunday.

Munetsi came on as a a substitute at half time and almost immediately found the back the net when a corner found its way into a melee he was in. He rifled the ball into the top of the net off the cross bar.

He completed his brace and Reims’s fifth goal in the 76th minute. Munetsi robbed a Bordeaux player, casual on the ball off a throw in deep in their own half. He darted into the box and shot past the keeper via the near post with his left foot.

Reims now sit 14th in the league after 23 matches.
