‘Full House’ actor Bob Saget dies

American actor and standup comedian. Bob Saget has died.

Saget was found unresponsive in his room at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes where he was staying on 9 January 2022. He was in the middle of stand-up comedy tour. He had had performed in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, the previous evening.

He was 65.

Saget was famous for his performance as patriarch Danny Tanner in the popular 80s annd 90s sitcom Full House, and its recent revival Fuller House.

Full House was very popular on ZBC in the 90s as was his hosting the original America’s Funniest Home Videos.

Saget was also the voice of narrator Ted Mosby on sitcom How I Met Your Mother. His 2014 album That’s What I’m Talkin’ About was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album.
