Simon Khaya Moyo has died

Zanu Pf politburo member Simon Khaya Moyo has died.

He had been suffering from cancer.

Khaya Moyo was spokesperson for the governing party.

He was previously Media, Information and Broadcasting Services Minister. Between 2007 and 2011 he served as Zimbabwe’s Ambassador to South Africa.

Khaya Moyo was 76.
