Zimbabwe Cricket explains why most international matches have been in Harare

Zimbabwe Cricket have explained why international matches have been in Harare and not at least Bulawayo.

ZC Chairman Tavengwa Mukuhlani

In a rare response, on Twitter, the Zimbabwe Cricket accounts to enquiries over thy very little cricket had happened outside the capital city:

We miss Bulawayo too but you can rest assured we’ll return as soon as we find a cost-effective way to navigate around the challenges posed by #Covid19. Our ladies recently played at Queens against a South Africa Emerging Women side, so we are definitely encouraged.

We sympathise with you and others and we hope the situation will improve soon to allow us to be flexible. We also know you’ll understand headaches associated with bio-bubble logistics are massive, especially when it comes to international cricket against fellow Full Members.
