Brand new music video from Ishan and Gemma Griffiths.
It is brave because it runs for a whole five minutes, which isn’t common for many pop music videos at the minute, And a lot of the last bit does feel a bit long in the tooth, or something that would be interesting to watch on stage.
It is set in what is termed a futuristic 1978, but we are not sure if there was a commitment to belong in any time, given the dressing worn only hints at the period and the set design could really be any random period in history after 1940s Harare, minus of course the flat screen TV. Otherwise it just looks like a cafe in boutique hotel in 2021.
The song itself is fine, really and fans of both will enjoy it. If you are looking for something that’s a comforable listen, down the middle, this is it.
