Kadewere, Munetsi available as Loga announces Zimbabwe squad for Afcon qualifiers

France-based pair Tino Kadewere and Marshall Munetsi have been named in Zimbabwe’s 23-man squad for the crucial two Afcon qualifiers against Botswana and Zambia.

It had been feared that the pair would be among a significant contingent of European-based players who would be barred by their teams from travelling to Africa due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Coach Zvardko Logarusic named the squad for the two matches which will decide whether Zimbabwe make their third finals in a row.

Zimbabwe take on Botswana in Francistown on 25 March before playing Zambia on the 29th in Harare.
