Transport Minister Biggie Matiza dies

Zimbabwe’s Transport and Infrastructure Minister Joel Biggie Matiza has died.

Matiza succumbed to Covid-19 related complications according to government sources.

Matiza had been hospitalised at St Annes Hospital.

He becomes the fourth serving minister in Zimbabwe to pass away due to the disease.

He was 60.
