Mudimu joins Turkish club – report

Reports are that Zimbabwe international defender Alec Mudimu has left Moldovan high-fliers Sheriff Tiraspol.

He is said to be joining Ankaraspor FC from Turkish second division TFF 1. Lig.

The player himself has been mum on the matter but Zimbabwe Football Daily claim the deal is done and backed it with a tweet with Turkish officials.

We have not independently verified that these are representatives of the Turkish club.

Mudimu joined Sherriff Tiraspol in January 2020 from Welsh died Cefn Druids.

The 25 year-old has become a key player for Zimbabwe’s national football team.
