No further international cricket for Zimbabwe this year after Pakistan tour – Hamilton Masakadza

Zimbabwe will not see any other international cricket after the tour of Pakistan later this year.

This was confirmed by Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) Director of Cricket Hamilton Masakadza.

While ZC chair Tavengwa Mukhuhlani sounded somewhat optimistic that something might come up, Masakadza said there would be no such luck, he says:

Unfortunately, no [there will be no other tours this year]. This is the last tour we have for the year. That’s why it was also important for us to get it to happen. The other tours we had for this year have been postponed so we will be looking where to slot them in next year. But for this year, this will be our last international tour.

Zimbabwe are currently in camp and expected to travel with a delegation of 32 for the ODI and T20 series against Pakistan.
