Bonne expected to start for Charlton this weekend

Charlton Athletic manager Lee Bowyer has confirmed that Zimbabwe international Macauley Bonne will come back into the side for their EFL Cup match at Swindon Town on Saturday.

The Addicks manager has also confirmed that Daniel Pratley, Ben Amos, Alfie Doughty and Jake Forster-Caskey.

Pratley sat out Tuesday’s EFL Trophy tie at AFC Wimbledon.

Bowyer is desperate to sign players but the transfer embargo means he only has one slot to fill in the 23-man squad. That probably means the likelihood of Bonne getting a move this close season is reduced.
