Zim embassy in SA to resume in-person consular services next week with these restrictions

The Zimbabwe Consulate in Bedford View, Pretoria, South Africa will resume regular in-person consular services with some restrictions.

The restrictions are as follows after that country went Level 2 Lockdown this week:

• Visits are by appointment only between 09.00hrs and 12.30hrs
• A maximum of 75 people will be served per day so as not to exceed social distancing protocols set by the SA government
• Appointments are on a first come first served basis
• Confirmation of appointment required at security points of entry
• Time slots are neither interchangeable or transferrable.

Regular services such as birth certificates and passports had been affected since the start of the Covid-19 lockdown in SA.
