Zimbabwean man wins nearly USD1 million in Canada

A life changing decision to buy a lotto ticket has changed the life of a Zimbabwean man in Canada after he hit the jackpot.

Onisimplo Murambiwa is now CADD1million (USD745K) richer after getting a Lotto 6/49 ticket.

The realtor will now have a sudden change in his life for sure and either go around doing something awesome. Winning that amount of money has been a curse for some as they have torn through the money like crazy only to end up worse off in life than when than before.

For Murambiwa though, at 47, the maturity means he will make better decisions probably.

OLG says the realtor plans to treat himself to a new car and will put the rest of his winnings into savings.
