Zimbabwean trio on Grammy-Nominated albums

Zimbabwean duo Bantu and Dr Chaii have a song on an album that has been nominated for a Grammy.

Bantu and Dr. Chaii boast over 200 million streams between them, after their recent collaboration with Nicki Minaj and Anuel AA titled ‘Familia’ from the Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse film soundtrack.

It is that soundtrack which has been nominated in the Music for Visual Media category.

In the same category, is The Lion King: Gift soundtrack. And on that Zimbabwe’s Evoke The Producer co-wrote a track called Find Your Way Back.
