FC Platinum, Pirates in same Caf Champions League group

Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League champions FC Platinum have been placed in Group B of the Caf Champions League.

There they will face former champions in neighbours Orlando Pirates and north Africans Esperance. Also in the same group are Guinea’s Horoya.

Matches will kick off in the second week of February.

Group A – Lobi Stars, ASEC Mimosas, Mamelodi Sundowns, Wydad

Group B – FC Platinum, Orlando Pirates, Horoya, Esperance

Group C – Al Ismaily, CS Constantine, Club Africain, TP Mazembe

Group D – JS Souara, Simba, AS Vita, Al Ahly
