Iconic South African rapper HHP has died, his wife and publicist, Lerato Sengadi has confirmed to TshisaLive.
The cause of the Motswako MC’s death was not clear although there has been speculation all over the internet.
Jabulani Tsambo was born on 14 September 1980, and his first stage name was Hip Hop Pantsula, then shortened to HHP. He frequently performed in several languages, mostly in Setswana.
Having seen him rock Shoko Festival in 2014 it is sad to see the icon who helped make hip hop big in the hood pass away.
RIP Jabba.
