Johnny Clegg’s The Final Journey show which was meant to take place on 15 September has been moved again.

The show will now take place on 3 November, organisers have said.

In as statement they said:

Johnny Clegg has recently arrived back in South Africa from USA where he was receiving treatment. He is doing very well & feels strong. However, he feels that he would rather recover fully from treatment & get back in the gym so that he can give his fans 110% for the remainder of “The Final Journey” shows in 2018. This includes Zimbabwe as well as Mauritius.
He has asked that the show date scheduled for 15 September be postponed for one last time to 3 November at Wild Geese Lodge. At which time he will be at his strongest & all band members including, Sipho Mchunu of Juluka will all be available to travel to Zimbabwe for the show.
We would like to send our sincere apologies to his fans in Zimbabwe who have been so kind, patient & understanding in this event & it’s postponements. We know how much you want to see Johnny. We do too! And we will!!
This event is unique in it’s set of circumstances regarding health & timing & Johnny, his team & the event organisers are 100% committed to making this show not only happen, but to ensure it is the BEST it can be!

The show had already been made from a May date.

The organisers also have recourse for those who might fancy a refund:

* If for any reason you are unable to attend the new scheduled date, you are entitled to a full refund. Please ensure to request your refund before 26th September 2018.

* If you purchased pre-printed tickets from an outlet & would like a refund, please return your ticket with your name & phone number attached to the tickets.
