Ngezi Platinum, Dynamos charged over violence

Ngezi Platinum and Dynamos have both been charged over the disturbances that took place over the weekend in their tie at Baobab Stadium.

The match had to be stopped twice as unruly fans invaded the pitch which Ngezi Platinum won 2-0.

A communication from the Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Committee read:

Dynamos FC are being charged for violence and pitch invasion while Ngezi Platinum Stars FC are being charged for violence and disrupting normal proceedings of the match. The disciplinary proceedings will talk place in Thursday 9 November 2017 at the Premier League Offices

Both sides will probably expect sanctions and will simply mitigation on the day.
