What is the most ridiculous nickname you have ever had?
Tuku ( I always had the skinniest legs ever so high school mates called me “Tuku” short for “Tukumbo”)

Of the shows you have done, which one is your favourite?
I love anchoring Good Morning Zimbabwe, its stretching, engaging and puts me in place to ask pertinent national issues to key and relevant stakeholders.

How do you deal with groupies?
Smile and wave! Just smile and wave!!!!

How excited were you when the first groupie hollered at you?
Not too excited, I knew it was inevitable!

Where is Zimbabwean media going?
The airwaves are opening, new names coming up and a general embracing of online media and the dawn of digitization is at play so it can only get better! Exciting times ahead!

Where is your career going?
Zimbabwe will celebrate me as her very own media mogul who scaled to dizzy continental and international heights.

What do you want to be remembered for?
They world will say of me, “Gurura was a gamechanger! When spoke, lives were positively changed. He helped many realise their purpose, encouraged those who where downcast and remained humble to the core. You couldn’t be in his presence and not get inspired”
