Mike Tashaya to take February off Facebook and he tells us why…

You can’t think of Zimbabwe’s Facebook space without the name Mike Tashaya coming up.

The guru posts multiple posts per day and gets bags of engagement.

So when he announced that he was taking the month of the site we needed to know why. Tashaya spoke exclusively to 3-mob.com:

3-mob.com: Are you going to be completely off Facebook?
MT: I will be managing a few clients’ pages

3-mob.com: When last did you have a break from Facebook?
MT: I last had a break October 2015 I believe. For 30 days too. Can’t confirm the exact timeline. But I do it from time to time

3-mob.com: Why are you doing this?
MT: January 2017 has arguably been the most explosive on the Zim Facebook corridor. The drama and intensity was really incredible and I have even been caught up in a dust-off or two. But the truth is I have a lot going on and I am just looking to regroup for the rest of the year. You will love me for it.

3-mob.com: What will you do with all that time?
MT: I am at uni at the minute and I have digital marketing errands to run for some clients so that will keep me completely busy.

3-mob.com: Will you be off Twitter as well?
MT: My Twitter and Instagram will still be active but controlled. Difficult to be completely invisible socially
