WATCH: Rumbie Mabaiwa’s Facebook live video after police shoot man in California

A Facebook video has been posted by a woman identified as Rumbie Mubaiwa after police shot a man in El Cajon, California.

The condition of the man,Alfred Olango is unknown, but according to another video posted by Mubaiwa, he was mentally disabled. He was shot five times.
