QUICK SONG REVIEW: LIT GANG – In the City Anthem

Check this. There is a song sometimes that should make you feel like nah. Yet you feel like let’s do this.

The distorted cultural references aside this song feels like a head banger. It makes you want to put that gnarly look on your face, throwing gang signs.

We know there are no gang signs but this kinda make you think you are on some purple haze and you are about to bum-rush someone for saying something totally uncool about your city.

The Gupta reference as well as jihads in a song from Zimbabwe is weird for example and you know you’e supposed to be like nah-bruh.

It won’t win awards. It will not be a classic. The heads will be the ones on this. It will make you feel something. And that is all you ask far.
