QUICK SONG REVIEW: Winky D ft Oliver Mtukudzi – Panorwadza Moyo

The collaboration between Winky D and Oliver Mtukudzi is finally out.

It’s rich.

Winky D’s emotional interpretation is nice (and we mean the dictionary or jazz version) and Oliver Mtukudzi’s involvement succinct (both with the ad libs and guitar work). The pair get it right in a song which tugs at the heart strings both in content and vocal expression. It does enough when it is easy to be overbearing given the stature of both artists.

It’s emotive. And with a title like Panorwadza Moyo, that is what you need.

Oskid creates his standard layered production in Winky D’s first single of the year.
