And that just pretty much summarises life.

In this instant coffee generation we expect people to reach a certain level of ‘success’ immediately and if it is not achieved then said person must be discarded forthwith. We pretty much treat them as failures.

And yet it takes years of work, the proverbial 10,000 hours before one gets that perceived level of success.  The journey is often ignored as success itself.

So, today, embrace the journey. Work hard. Be motivated.
