Hifa announces Harare Theatre Season

The Harare International Festival of the Arts has quickly followed on from the recent CABS Classical Music Celebration with the announcement of the Harare Theatre season.

It will run from 12 to 15 May 2016 at Reps Theatre.

Said an update from the organisation.

Plays from Zimbabwean artists and visiting artists will anchor the event. HIFA will be featuring multiple genres throughout the year even at events focusing on one main genre. Music will also be present at the event with the Portuguese band HMB performing at Reps Theatre on the 12^th of May at 7pm as the Season’s opening show.

There will also be Spoken Word, Dance Theatre, Stand-up Comedy and workshops as part of the event. Full programme will follow shortly.
