We have received the sad news that founding member and band leader of the legendary Zimbabwean reggae outfit Transit Crew, Munyaradzi Nyemba has died.
Nyemba who was a bassist with the crew, passed away on Friday morning.
Transit Crew are a pivotal part of the history of local reggae music in Zimbabwe.
Mourners are gathered at 6 Granchester Close in Mt Pleasant in Harare.
Our hearts go out to his family and the whole reggae community of Zimbabwe.
