Carl Joshua Ncube to perform in Cote d’Ivoire

Zimbabwean comic Carl Joshua Ncube will dip his toes in the land of Didier Drogba when he performs at the MASA Festival in Abidjan in March, we can exclusively reveal.

MASA, the Market for African Performing Arts, runs from 5 to 12 March 2016.

It is a big deal for Carl because greats like Oliver Mtukudzi (1997) have performed at this prestigious event.

With performers as far afield as Brazil being represented, having a Zimbabwe flag there is pretty bawse.

Said Carl:

This is such a big deal.  Having to put a bit of french into a comedy show and also having my own show outside of Zimbabwe now that’s a first even for me.
