It’s here. Shoko! International Spoken Word And Hip-Hop Festival, a product of the Magamba Network is about to come to life and the names, voices and faces we have heard about for weeks are making their way into the country.
The latest are prolific US Emcee Hired Gun and acclaimed Filmmaker Lena Jackson who are here for a series of performances and workshops at the festival.
Hired Gun is affiliate of the American based International hip hop label Nomadic Wax, and head of Fresh Roots Music.
