Magaya Allegations: $10,000 Car, Text Messages Claims Made In Court Document

Allegations that Prophetic  Healing and Deliverance Ministries preacher Walter Magaya had an affair with a married woman went deeper yesterday when the complainant lodged a summons with the High Court.

Reported widely in the ‘agencies of the devil’ as Magaya referred to the media, is the claim that Magaya bought Nomsa Ruvazhe, wife to Denford Mutashu a Toyota Mark II worth $10,000, which she is still driving.

Mutashu says Magaya has not denied this and this has led to meetings between the two to try to resolve the matter.
Mutashu says there were 13 love messages in 20 minutes which were discovered between Ruvazhe and Magaya one of which said that she was a ‘very attractive and mobile woman’.

Mutashu wants $250,00 for loss of  contumelia (an act that produces the effect of deliberate disrespect, ie insulting) and $250,000 loss of consortium (inability to have normal marital relations).

He also says what he alleges Magaya did also caused him lose the value of life ‘since those with power and money can always do what they want with other people’s wives, especially the  poor.’
  ‘
Magaya has 10 days to respond to the summons.
.
For this fella to go all in like that he had better have loads of evidence to support his claim. It is pretty damning stuff and if he isn’t entirely on point he might be slapped with a lawsuit of his own.

Whatever happens, it will be dramatic.
