Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Church leader Walter Magaya has taken has reportedly taking Alpha Media Holdings to court demanding $20 million.
Why?
Well it isover an article published in one its titles NewsDay that he says insinuated that he was facing murder charges after the death of a baby at his his church.
The title of the an article published on 17 July 2014 was Magaya faces murder charges.
The popular Magaya wants $20 million at 5% per annum interest until the amount is settled in full.
AMH have not as yet responded to the lawsuit.
Lawsuits will become the in-thing now after a recent ruling by the constitutional court that got rid of criminal defamation.
