Reggae star Mic Inity has called off his Bulawayo show over promoter issues.

Inity was meant to perform at Club 40 Forty on Saturday but has since had to pull out because the promoters failed to meet their obligations.

He put this up on his Facebook fan page:

Dear friends and fans in Bulawayo. This is a note to advise that Mic Inity and Red Radicals band WILL NOT be performing at 40 Forty in Bulawayo tomorrow Saturday as advertised due to the promoter failing meet their contractual obligations. I apologise to all my Bulawayo fans however I and my band remain committed to coming to entertain you. Sadly there are promoters who still think that artists are like tissue paper that you can use and discard. My management is making efforts to have me in Bulawayo under professional promoters

What exactly those contractual obligations are is as yet unclear.

So… no album launch either this weekend? Hmmm…
